Bring a Group
Groups are always welcome at our showroom — just let us know how many people you’re bringing, and our team will have everything ready for you when you arrive.
Personalized Styling
We’ll help you find your ring size, build stacks that feel like you, and figure out which metals work best with your everyday life. Take your time trying on different pieces, playing with combos, and asking all the questions — this is your space, no rush, no pressure.
What should I expect during my appointment?
Your appointment is a one-on-one shopping experience with a member of our team. We’ll guide you through the collection based on your style, lifestyle, and what you’re looking for—even if you’re still figuring that out.
You’ll have time to try on pieces at your own pace, ask questions, and see what feels right, without being rushed.
If the store is open to walk-ins during your appointment, you’ll still have a dedicated team member with you from start to finish.
How do I book a private shopping session?
Simply fill out the booking form on this page and select your preferred date and time. A confirmation email will be sent within 30 minutes.
Is there a cost to book a session?
No, private shopping sessions are completely complimentary for our Club LUAH Members.
Where is the showroom located?
We're at 6-10 Shin Hing Street, Central, Hong Kong, right above COA, a short walk from Gough Street. You'll find us tucked in one of Central's best corners, surrounded by cafes and a few of our favourite shops. Worth making a day of it!
What are your opening hours?
Our showroom is open to the public Tuesday to Thursday, 1pm – 8pm, and Friday to Sunday, 1pm – 9pm.
Can I book a private appointment for a group?
Yes. We can arrange a time slot exclusively for your group. Please email sarah@luahjewelry.com with your preferred date, number of guests, and any special occasion you’re planning for.
We’ll do our best to reserve a time that works for your group.
How long is each session?
Sessions typically run 45 to 60 minutes, but you're welcome to stay as long as you like. No one's watching the clock.
What if I just want to do a quick browse?
Totally fine. Come in, look around, leave when you're ready. No pressure, no awkward goodbyes.
Can I bring friends?
Absolutely! Come solo for a focused one-on-one, or bring a group and make it an occasion. Just let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
