Joining is free and easy! Existing customers will automatically have an account if they have completed an order. New customers can sign-up by creating an account on our website.

You can earn points in several ways:

Purchases: Earn 1 point for every 10 HKD spent. For customers outside Hong Kong, the points earned will be equivalent to the same value converted into your local currency.

Social Media: Get 25 points each for following LUAH on Instagram, liking our Facebook page, and subscribing to our YouTube channel.

Events: Earn points by attending select LUAH events.

Unfortunately, existing customers will not receive points from orders placed before the launch of the program. However, existing VIP Customer will be automatically upgraded to our Silver Tier, which provides extra points and early access to events and promotions.

You can redeem your points for:
