Style Guide: Kowloon in Color

Hong Kong never really slows down, and neither do we!

Introducing: The Mini Charm Collection

We're so excited to finally drop this.

Our newest and arguably most playful drop features a set of small (but mighty!) additions that are designed for stacking and never too precious for your day-to-day.

These charms slip into 95% of our collection, which is a very polite way of saying everything you already own just got a lot more fun. ;)

This collection was a natural extension to our design philosophy at LUAH; your jewelry should feel like yours in the ways that matter.

Kowloon in Color is an homage to our hometown. A city that's synonymous with neon lights and retro storefronts that seem to constantly buzz in the background. Never shying from pops of yellow, green, and orange. It's nostalgic, it's electric.

1. Street Finds

Mongkok Ladies Street has a certain charm, where it's chaotic as it is endearing. One look at this street and you'll know this is set in our Home Kong.

This look leans into that energy.

We’ve clipped the Keepsake Padlock Charm onto our Lara Hoops, turning something classic into something a bit more unexpected!

STYLE TIP: Adding in some light movement and swing to your earring stack is a fun touch. Especially, when paired with a backdrop where nothing really stays still.

Final touches? Our Maeve Bangles stacked with our Essential Rings. Paired with the Rhys Mini Tag Charm on the Mini Nora Link - a mini-ception, one might even say.

STYLE TIP: In our humble opinion, one Bangle is always better than two. In a pickle about which two to pick? Just double them up! A fun (slightly) maximalist touch, because if you love one - you'll definitely love two.

2. Statement Silvers

There’s something about silver in the city. It catches light differently, sharper, a little cooler, especially against glass and concrete. There's something to be said about the juxtaposition and the elemental balances ... but we won't wax poetic.

The Zary Medallion Pendant sits front and centre on the Ruffle Chain, framed with four Orys White Sapphire Spacer Charms, two on each side. It creates a kind of symmetry that feels intentional without being stiff.

STYLE TIP: The Zary Medallion is our (brand manager, forgive us for using this word:) shiniest Pendant yet, with over 20 pieces of white sapphire set on it. If the sparkle is a bit much, you can swap the Orys White Sapphire Spacers with the regular Orys sans-sapphire. It's is a nice way to ground it all.

STYLE TIP: Spacer charms aren’t just fillers. Use them to frame a pendant and suddenly the whole piece feels designed, not just worn.

It’s a statement, but she's not loud about it.

That's all for today, fam. We're dropping our favorite mini charm stacks throughout the month - so keep your eyes peeled for more vibrant and zesty pops of color on your feed soon!

 Love, LUAH Team
