Why is LUAH Jewelry different?
We are product perfectionists with a simple approach. Tarnishable low quality jewelry is a problem, and we are here to solve it.
Each piece we create is the product of years of designing, sourcing, and producing with like-minded production partners.
Do I need to clean my jewelry?
We design our jewelry to be worn everyday and in all enviornments.
However, all metals can loose their shine when exposed to oils and dust.
We advise a simple and chemical-free cleaning process to ensure your jewelry maintains its shine. For earrings, we advise you carry out this process regularly for hygiene reasons.
1. Wipe with a wet cloth
Start by wiping down the jewelry with a soft cloth to remove any initial oils or dust.
2. Apply water and natural soap
Mix together a small bowl of water and natural soap. Dip the jewelry into the mixture and let it soak for 1 minute. Make sure to use enviornmentally friendly soap that is designed to disolve oils.
3. Clean with a wet cloth
Wipe the jewelry with a wet cloth to remove any remaining oils or grime, and then pat the jewelry dry with a soft towel to complete the cleaning process.
Jewelry Safety
LUAH jewelry is designed specifically for women who live active lifestyles. However, just because you can wear LUAH's jewelry everywhere doesn't mean you always should.
It’s important to always be safe during physical activity, especially when wearing chains, necklaces and rings. We recommend you remove your jewelry in situations where you feel it could get caught in workout equipment, or cause harm to others. This is specifically important for team sports, combat sports and weightlifting.

LUAH is committed to sustainably sourced gemstones. Our jewelry uses lab-grown gemstones and Preciosa crystals to ensure transparent and sustainable sourcing.
Luxury Steel
LUAH exclusively uses 316L Medical Grade Stainless Steel sourced from Japan. A staple for decades in the luxury watch industry, LUAH has selected 316L steel for it’s hypoallergenic and corrosive resistant properties.
Gold Plating
18K Gold offers the perfect balance of durability and brilliant colour. Made up of 75% solid gold and 25% alloy, our 18K coating is both durable and hypoallergenic.
SHIPPING
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping on all orders in the USA, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Asia. Standard shipping times typically range from 2-6 working days depending on location.
In Australia we offer free shipping on all orders above 100AUD, for orders below 100AUD a shipping fee of 20AUD will be added to the order.
If ordering from outside our core markets a small shipping fee will be added to the order.
Taxes & Duties
We try to be as transparent as possible with our pricing - no one likes unexpected tax or duty fees. At checkout taxes will automatically be calculated and added to the price of your order. Upon receiving your package you should not receive any additional tax or duty fees. If you are asked to pay such fees, please contact our customer support team.

LIFETIME COLOR WARRANTY
What does the color warranty cover?
LUAH offers a Lifetime Color Warranty on all of our products. If you ever notice any problems with your pieces plating during the warranty period please fill out a Return/Exchange request in our Returns Portal. You also can email our team directly at customercare@luahjewelry.com.
You will typically be asked for photos or videos showing the faulty item. If our team is able to verify the issue, we will immediately ship you a replacement piece of jewelry or equivalent store credit if the item is no longer in stock.
Please note that our Lifetime Color Warranty does NOT cover breakages, scratches, loss of product, or damage to lacquer, enamel and gemstones related to regular wear and tear. The warranty only is related to the plating of the product.
What does the warranty not cover?
The color warranty does not cover breakages, scratches, or loss of product.

What if my piece loses its polish?
We hand polish every piece of LUAH jewelry to ensure a beautiful finish and shine. However, all polishing fades through time, and this is not covered under our color warranty.
If your piece ever loses its shine, simply follow our hygiene guide to keep your jewelry brilliant and clean.

BREAKAGE WARRANTY
What is our 6 Month Breakage Warranty?
We offer a 6 Month Breakage Warranty on all of our products.
If you ever receive a defective piece, please fill out a Return/Exchange request via our Returns Portal.
You will be asked for photos or videos showing the faulty item. If our team is able to verify the issue, we will immediately ship you a replacement piece of jewelry or equivalent store credit if the item is no longer in stock.
If the item is broken after the 6 month period since order receipt, we will not be responsible for replacement or repair.
We are not responsible for lost items, either within the exchange period or after.
30 DAY RETURNS
What is your Return & Exchange policy?
f you would like to return or exchange your piece of LUAH jewelry you can quickly use our Returns Portal to do so. We are happy to offer you either a full refund for your product or an exchange credit for any product of equal or less value.
We offer returns/exchanges 30 days from delivery for all jewelry, including rings, bracelets, necklaces and earrings.
To be eligible, all items must be returned in their original packaging and show no signs of wear, tear, or damage. All situations related to our Lifetime Color Warranty or 6 Month Breakage Warranty are eligible for return/exchange.
(Please Note) Items that are not eligible for return/exchange include the following situations:
- Items purchased with a Gift Card or Voucher.
- Individual items from our jewelry stacks collection. Products in stacks must be returned/exchanged as a set.
- Earrings that have been worn are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
- Clearance items that have been clearly labeled as not eligible for returns/exchange. Regular sale items are eligible for returns and exchanges.
