LUAH returned to Singapore for a morning of movement with VAURA. TOTAL, their signature class blending strength, endurance, and stretch, was a srong start to the day, made even better with good company, good sweat, and the Singapore community showing up.

Last weekend, we brought together our ambassadors for ROOTED, a morning of movement, new pieces, and good company.
From slow-flow yoga at Be Earth Studio to time spent together at LUAH HQ, these are a few of our favourite moments from the day.

What a morning with CLUB/SCULPT! 50 minutes of strength, sculpt work, and music-driven flow, finished at LUAH HQ for a post-session protein shake, and a few good things to take home.

We partnered with Artpiece’s Beauty & Wellness Club for a series of classes with IKIGAI Yoga and TeamX bringing communities together through movement and shared energy!

LUAH joined AIA Vitality Hub for a high-energy afternoon of Strength Culture with Christian Axiotes, Zumba with George Iu, and Muay Thai with Nataliee Sin. 95 attendees showed up to move, try something new, and connect with the community. They went home with a LUAH goodie bag as a small thank-you for joining us!

LUAH arrived in Shanghai, a city of pace, style, and edge, with Charming Shanghai: A Summer Soirée to launch our first Mainland China pop‑up, followed by a high‑energy Wellness Day. A bold new setting, and the perfect fit for our spirit of movement and individuality.

We took over Project S for a few high‑energy Les Mills sessions, complete with LUAH goodie bags and a lively pop‑up! A post‑workout reward, well earned.

We teamed up with Wazup Running Club for our Run For Inclusion Charity Run in support of IncluFit. We ran alongside visually impared runners led by volunteer guides, a powerful reminder of what inclusive movement looks like! With every dollar going directly to the cause, community showed up and impact followed.

We teamed up with H-Kore for a Megastrength class at their Central studio, bringing everyone together for a focused, full-body workout alongside new and familiar faces. A good reminder that strength looks different on everyone!
