There's a reason denim on denim keeps coming back. A classic pairing, that always seems to be the perfect canvas when you want to spruce things up for a little twist.
That ease is also why it works so well with mixed metals. Blue washes read as neutral, so gold and silver both look at home against them. Heads-up: new LUAH pieces ahead!
1. Meet Theo

This is the second piece in our Mixed Metal drop, and the one we've been so excited for.
The Theo Pendant is a small and chunky open circle pendant with two metal finishes in one piece. It also comes inverted, so you choose which metal leads: gold with silver, or silver with gold. Same pendant, opposite mood.
That's the whole idea behind this drop. You shouldn't have to pick a side of your jewelry dish, so Theo puts both in one piece.
TIP: Choose your Theo based on the rest of your stack, not your outfit. If you mostly wear gold, the gold-led Theo fits right in and the silver detail brings in the new tone. If you're a silver person, flip it.

2. Two Chains, Two Lengths

The layering here is deliberate. A chunky silver link sits high, close to the collarbone. The finer gold chain drops lower, so Theo rests on the white tank, clear of the link chain above it. The open jacket frames both.
TIP: Layer by contrast, not just length. Chunky up high, fine down low. The gap between the two chains keeps the stack readable instead of crowded.
TIP: Leave at least two inches between chains. Any closer and the pendant gets lost against the link above it.

3. Mixed Metals, Same Finger

The hands are where this look goes all in: a gold dome ring stacked right against a silver band, with a gold beaded ring on the next finger.
Two metals touching on one finger sounds like a rule you can break. It is.
TIP: Stack metals side by side, not scattered. Gold against silver on the same finger looks deliberate. One silver ring lost among five gold ones looks like you forgot.
TIP: Use width to separate them. The smooth dome and the flat band catch the light differently, so each metal stays distinct even when they're pressed together.

4. Small Pops of Gold

With this much denim, keep the ears quiet. Slim gold huggies that sit close to the lobe, well clear of the collar.
TIP: Denim jackets have big collars. Earrings that sit close to the lobe won't get hidden behind one every time you turn your head.

5. Simplicity in the Wrist

A fine gold chain bracelet peeks out from a rolled cuff. That's it.
TIP: With your jacket sleeves turned up, the bracelet sits right in the fold of the cuff. Go delicate, because a heavy link will bunch against the denim.

Double denim, mixed metals, and no need for any of it to match. That's all for today, fam.
